It is a newly set up online tuition agency system business, the owner is seeking S$500k capital to exchange 70% shares equity, part of the funds to support his expansion plans. Although the company established only a short period, it has already generated more than 1,000 in-house data without any marketing cost putting in. The owner is currently a MSc teacher who has rich experience on this field and very strong on the network systems.
